Birdman and Trishula gets RANTED

So Trishula and Birdman is in TCG's Hidden Arsenal 4. Hmm...

If I see a video about the Birdman of Doom deck running around in the TCG, let me be the first person to say...DON'T MAKE THE DAMN DECK.

If you don't want Birdman, Doom and Gallis to be semi'd, limited or even baned, DON'T MAKE THE DECK. Don't get me wrong, I like Birdman and I can easily access it with Hidden Arsenal and don't have to go to Singapore and spend like $50 on a card. The effect ain't bad, but abusing it is so wrong that if people started playing it, it CAN be a candidate for the September ban list. (I'm just saying)

Side note, even if one of the 3 key cards gets semi'd/limited/baned, i won't blame Dueling Days though.

Next up, Trishula (now legal in the TCG because of Hidden Arsenal 4) is now playable in the TCG, which is ok I guess. Western Duelists anticipated it's release and now they got it. Problem is...it ain't easy pulling one, lpokemOnl made a video regarding this. Apparently, pulling 1 trishula is hard, he stated in the video that, there's a chance that the box you buy won't have a Trishula in it which is sad. So yeah, but if you do get it and pulled at least 1, it's worth it though.

Guess 'Mist Wurm' won't loved anymore now trishula is in town...

I think that's about wraps it up for today's post (night if you're in Brunei) I do apoligize the lack of posting since we (Hakim and I) have lives of our own.

Yu-Gi-Oh Zexal - The intervention

Normally, I would do my rants on my 1st blog, but this one is an exceptional so for now (maybe the last) I'mma stage an intervention..Just don't expect a Scotsman to write this for you.

Kazuki Takahashi-Sama made a new Yu-Gi-Oh series which implies that it is targeted to a younger audience catagory, but before that, let's recap on how Yu-Gi-Oh developed

1st series: An Egyptian spirit posses a midget, introduces vanilla cards, effect cards rituals and fusions

2nd series: School = Card games, introduces...More fusions..

3rd series: CARD GAME ON MOTORCYCLES!!! Introduces synchros and dueling motorbikes

The 'Now' series: Children...actually playing Children's card game..introduces a thing called 'Exceeds Summoning..'

'But Lee, WTF is an 'Exceeds Summoning?'

Well random questioner...you'd have to wait for the new starter deck in which to be released next year..

Some people are implying that it's like a Duel Master rip off...still I don't get it..

In the past I used to hear that 'Yu-Gi-oh is a DM rip off!!' Now, they saying it as if it is a rip off. Yet they didn't realized that DM is actually....a 'Magic: The Gathering' rip off.

So back to the topic that is YGO Zexal, pronounced Zeal with a silent 'X.' Clearly, people are giving the new series a negative response..just like last time, when they say, Card games on motorcycles is obviously ridiculous...All I can say about this, is just give it a chance...

When people heard about 5D's was the new YGO series...they gave it the same negativity like Zexal but at the end of it all, they enjoyed watching 2 guys, on motorbikes, playing a children card game and shouting 'ABSOLUTO POWAFOOOSU!!!' or something like that..

Don't hate it people, give it a chance, even though, the character, Youma Tsukumo looks like Shobu Kirafuda from DM...Think about it...

If DM players from around the world, and I mean Japan..watched this and happens to like it, they would convert themselves to YGOnism...Yu-Gi-Oh isn't a cult right? You get the idea...

So to end it all, give it a chance and who knows, maybe the series might be interesting.
